No, no referral is needed. We do accept referrals under Medicare Care Plan Arrangements, Worker’s Compensation/CTP, NDIS, DVA and Home Care Packages. Private health rebates are also available depending on your provider.

THe initial assessment is largely conversation based to get a comprehensive understadnig of who you are, what your goals are and the barriers you face to exercising. Following this, exercise testing is conducted to suit your mobility and fitness levels .This provided baseline data that allows individual progress to be monitored. Following the initial assessment, you will be provided with your own exercise plan that is reviewed at an agreed time.
